Defined Contribution Plans. Account Balance Reports, participant statements, and government filings.

401 (k) Plans. Allocation of participant/ matching funds and investment gains/ losses, discrimination testing, government filings, and quarterly or more frequent reporting, including individual participant statements.

Section 125 Cafeteria Plans. Monthly reimbursement processing, premium and flexible spending account status reports, and participant statements. Discrimination testing and government filings as required.

 

Terminations and Distributions —
